Application Fees

$125 per student (Non-refundable)

Please submit the application fee upon completion of the online Application for Admission. This fee is required for admissions consideration.

Pre-admissions Testing Fees

$75-$125 per student (Non-refundable) grades K4-12 if testing is required.

The testing fee must be submitted at the time of testing if testing is required.


There is a 2% discount for tuition paid in full (postmarked or hand delivered) by June 1st or within two weeks of acceptance letter, whichever occurs later. 

Families with more than two students enrolled at OCS will receive a multiple child discount. The discount for the the third child and up is $600/year per child.

There is a $1,000/year per student discount for members of Orangewood Church. This discount begins the next school year after membership is established by the church.

OCS Alumni receive a discount of $1,000/year per student.

Monthly Tuition

All families who do not pay the full year in advance are required to enroll in a tuition payment plan with payments due on the 1st of each month and an annual $50 set up fee. Sign up forms will be provided upon enrollment. 

Student Insurance

Individual student accident insurance is available for purchase and is required for any student not covered by an existing health insurance plan. You may purchase insurance at www.K12StudentInsurance.com.

Financial Aid

Families with registered students may apply for financial assistance. All financial assistance is need-based and requests will not be considered without the submission of the completed application including completed final 2018 tax documentation. The due date is April 14, 2019. Late applications may not be considered. Prior to applying, please contact Gigi Harris, Finance Director at 407.339.0223 for more information and necessary paperwork.
